Most of our sarees are handwoven by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Each piece is carefully created/curated for quality, design, and heritage.
Yes. Every saree includes an unstitched blouse fabric unless otherwise
stated in the product description.
Yes, we do. You can opt for blouse stitching and/or fall & pico finishing during checkout. Please allow additional time for these services.

Not at all. We welcome walk-ins! Visit us at our Sanjayanagar store in Bengaluru, and our team will be happy to guide you through our collections.

We recommend dry cleaning only. Avoid spraying perfumes or deodorants directly on the fabric. Refold your saree every few
months, and store it in a breathable cotton wrap.

We currently do not offer reservation or holding services. As many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, we recommend placing your order at the earliest to avoid disappointment.
We photograph all sarees in natural light to reflect true colours. However, variations may occur due to screen resolution, lighting,

Yes! We offer complimentary gift-ready packaging with every order. If you're sending a gift, you can include a short personal note at checkout.
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various denominations. These can be purchased from our website and shared via email with the recipient.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can email us right away to add the service. We’ll share a separate payment link if needed.
Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Sarees that have been altered — including blouse stitching, fall, or pico — are not eligible for return or exchange.
We offer a 5 day return . Products should be in unused condition with the tags intact . You may exchange the saree for another product of the same value or a higher value by paying the difference in the amount
We don’t offer refunds
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic orders typically take 3 to 7 working days, while international orders may take upto 7 working days . Additional time may be required if you’ve opted for blouse stitching or finishing
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. For any concerns, feel free to reach out.
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement, and only if blouse stitching or finishing hasn’t begun. After this window, cancellations are not possible.
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the issue, by emailing care@thesaffronhouse.com. We’ll resolve it on priority.
We can try our best to align dispatch timelines to your preferred delivery window. Please email us before placing your order and mention your request in the order notes.
