The Milestone
Disha Madan walked the Cannes red carpet in her mother's 70-year-old handwoven Kanjivaram, revived by our studio as couture. A saree that waited a lifetime, and then the world saw it.

We imagined the Kanjivaram as a canvas. In Blooming Heiress, its timeless weave meets hand-painted art, so that the poetry of the brush meets the grandeur of the loom. A new eye on an old heritage, first seen on the runway at Bombay Times Fashion Week.

Every Kanjivaram from The Saffron House begins as a drawing in our studio. Its borders, pallu and zari are ours from the very first line.

Our bridal Kanjivarams are made as single pieces. Exclusivity is not something we print on a label. It is how we work.

We respect Kanchipuram's traditions enough to question them: reviving a 70-year-old Kanjivaram for Cannes, painting on silk for Blooming Heiress.

Every silk saree we make or choose is Silk Mark certified. Purity is never in question.

Inside the House
In our Bangalore flagship, our Lakshmi painting sits in an arched alcove of white pillars and soft light, and almost every guest stops to ask about her. Come and meet her, and the sarees she watches over.
