Purple Tussar Silk Saree with Printed Floral Grid, Rose Motifs and Gold Zari Scallop Border

Deep and jewel-toned, this Purple Tussar Silk Saree sets a printed cream grid against a wine-purple ground — soft-edged diamond tiles laid on the diagonal, each holding a small flower in coral, rose or teal. Full-bloom roses in pink and crimson break through the grid at intervals, painted in a loose, watercolour hand that softens the geometry.

The border shifts register entirely: a gold zari scallop runs the length of the saree, worked in leaf sprigs, lotus buds and fine dotted arcs, lifted with scattered sequins that catch the light against the matte silk. A purple crochet lace picot trim finishes the edge. The unstitched blouse piece is in plain purple tussar with a matching gold zari scallop band.
