Rich and lustrous, this Bottle Green Kanjivaram Silk Saree carries a fine gold zari check across the body, a dense grid weave that catches the light with every fold.

The saree opens into a wide green border set with striking circular medallions worked in gold zari, each one framing a detailed peacock motif. The pallu deepens the richness further with an allover jaal of gold zari coin medallions, framed by a traditional temple tooth edge — a classic, statement-making saree built for celebration.

This saree showcases classic Kanjivaram weaving — a bottle green body in a fine gold zari check grid, transitioning through a traditional temple tooth edge into a wide border set with circular peacock medallions, carried through into a pallu densely worked with a gold zari coin medallion jaal.

This saree is woven in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu — the historic silk weaving town renowned for producing some of India's finest silk sarees. Kanjivaram silk is prized for its heavyweight drape, lustrous sheen, and richly worked zari borders, with each piece reflecting generations of skilled handloom craftsmanship.
