Soft, romantic, and beautifully detailed, this Lavender Purple Kota Cotton Saree brings a fresh take on traditional Kota weaving with its delicate bird-and-blossom motif. The body is adorned with a silver zari floral vine bordered along the edge, while scattered silver flower butis create a subtle shimmer across the drape.
The pallu is where this saree truly comes alive — dainty pink birds perched on branches with white and maroon blossoms are woven in soft pastel tones, giving it a storybook charm rarely seen in classic Kota designs. A row of silver zari polka accents on a deep wine-purple base transitions gracefully into the lavender body, framed by fine maroon pinstripe borders.
The saree is finished with a broad silver zari end border and a rich maroon-purple piped edge, adding just the right amount of contrast and elegance.

Kota Doria is a centuries-old handweaving tradition from Rajasthan, known for its sheer, square-checked texture created by interlacing yarns on a pit loom. This saree highlights the craft's artistic range, where weavers have hand-detailed a delicate bird-and-blossom motif in soft pastel threads alongside the classic silver zari — a nature-inspired design that adds a contemporary charm to the traditional weave.
Woven in the Kota-Kaithoon cluster of Rajasthan, home to generations of weaving families who have preserved the Kota Doria craft for centuries. This GI-tagged textile tradition remains centered in the Kaithoon village near Kota city, where artisans continue to hand-loom this fabric with evolving motifs and color palettes.
