Bold and vibrant, this Pink & Red Ikat Print Kanjivaram Silk Saree carries a striking ikat pattern across the body, with geometric floral motifs in cream, mustard, and brown alternating between deep pink and red bands, creating a rhythmic, folk-inspired visual.
The pallu shifts into a rich forest green, densely woven in gold and silver zari with fine floral butis arranged in vertical rows, opening into a triangular leaf-motif trim followed by a broad diamond lattice weave. Together, the vivid ikat body and richly woven green pallu create a striking contrast that feels both traditional and contemporary.
Saree Length: 5.5meters
Blouse Piece Length: 0.8 meters
Recommended Care: Dry clean only
This saree showcases a vibrant ikat-woven pattern across the pink and red body, alternating geometric floral motifs in a technique where the yarns are pre-dyed before weaving to create the soft, blurred pattern edges characteristic of ikat. The green pallu contrasts beautifully, densely woven in gold and silver zari with floral butis, a triangular leaf trim, and a diamond lattice pattern, reflecting the meticulous handloom technique Kanjivaram sarees are known for.
Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu — the historic silk-weaving town renowned for centuries-old Kanjivaram handloom traditions, passed down through generations of master weavers.
